On behalf of the HPC Committee I would like to wish you all a Happy Easter to you and your family.  By now you all have heard the good news that HPC was nominated by Joanne Dorr for the Caledonia Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards and won the Outstanding Organization Award, sponsored by Strategy Construction.  Joanne wrote a fabulous tribute that was used in the selection process.  I know that photos of the tribute were posted on Facebook, and we will look at putting it up on our website.

You can also read about the history of how our club got started on our website.  I would like to thank Diane deGonzaque who took the initiative to get the club started back in 2015.  I would like to thank all the members that have been part of the club from past to present. Also, a big thank you to all of the committee members who have participated in forming the club as we know it today!  The work and hours that the committee members put in each year have contributed greatly to our achievements.

In the past few years, the committee has worked hard to promote the club. Thanks to committee members that have built relationships with Haldimand Press, Balls Falls Conservation, Edinburgh Square, Caledonia Fair, Around the Bay Race, etc.  These have all led to us participating in local events where our members went out and took photos of various events.  This not only helps us perfect our skills and build confidence in photography but also gives back to the community.

On behalf of the Committee, we thank you for being a part of the Club and helping us be the best that we can be.  We look forward to many more successful years ahead.
