SUMMARY:#RealWorldPhotography – Pure & Natural - Terry McDonald. *Please note the date is Nov 5\, 2026.
DESCRIPTION:Please note the date is Nov 5\, 2026\, not our regular 2nd Thursday of the month. \nIn these days of increasing reliance on AI\, is there still room for photography as it was originally intended? Of course there is—and we will explore just how to remain true to the medium. #RealWorldPhotography celebrates the world beyond the lens as it truly exists\, by capturing photographs authentic to the original subject or scene using the skills and talents of the photographer. But be prepared\, as you may feel compelled to re-think accepted beliefs and practices. \n  \n  \nTerry  McDonald \nArtist\, author\, and educator Terry McDonald approaches fine art photography as both art and craft to create #Real.Authentic.Photos capturing the essence of place and the art inherent in nature: dynamic\, quintessential landscapes\, engaging wildlife portraits\, and intimate details of Earth’s most awe-inspiring natural\, historical\, and cultural places. \nwww.luxborealis.com \n  \nTerry is offering his newly released eBook The Art of the Landscape  to club members at the introductory price of $12. \n \nDoors open at 6:30\nMeeting starts at 7:00 \nYou can find details about our guest policy here. \n  \n
