DESCRIPTION:It’s time for our Holiday Potluck! \nGet ready for some festive fun! We’re so excited to celebrate the holidays with our annual club Holiday potluck.\nWe’ll be decking the halls with holiday cheer and would love for you to join us. The event is open to club members and their significant others. \nFor each person attending please select a ticket below to indicate what type of dish you are bringing to share. If you are bringing a guest please select 2 items. Water and soft drinks will be provided. Don’t forget: You will need to bring your own plate and cutlery as well as anything needed to serve your dish. Let’s make this a delicious and memorable meal together! \nDinner will be followed up with some fun activities for all. During the night you can collect door prize tickets and remember\, all submissions to the monthly challenge are worth a ticket each\, you still have time before the end of the month to increase your chances. \nIf you can\, please remain after the event to make sure the room is all cleaned up and everything put away after the dinner. \nDoors open at 6:30\nDinner begins at 7:00\nCan’t wait to see you all there!

DESCRIPTION:The HPC will be hosting an information booth about our club on the main floor of the Riverside Exhibition Centre.  \n\n\n\nWe will have a booth on Saturday\, Sept 27\, from 9:30 am till 5:30 pm and we need volunteers. We have broken the time down into two hour blocks. Once your shift is done you are most welcome to go out and enjoy the Fair. So bring your camera\, it’s a great photo opp! \n\n\n\n\n\nPlease go to Members Area to locate the signup sheet \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

SUMMARY:Monte Carlo Charity Fun Night
DESCRIPTION:Screenshot\n\n\n\n\n\nWe have been asked to participate in a fund raiser in Caledonia\, by operating the Photo Booth for the Monte Carlo Charity Fun Night.  Proceeds raised at this event will be used to build a Hospice in Norfolk Haldimand Community. For our part we will have a photo booth set up at the entrance\, backdrop provided by the organization.  We will provide the lighting\, take photos of the participants as they enter the event.  The photos taken will be turned over to the organizers to distribute.  We are looking for two to three photographers to assist with setting up\, taking photos\, recording data and tearing down.  This is a great opportunity for those that are interested in learning more about setting up portrait pictures using backdrop and lighting \n\n\n\nThe event takes place on Saturday October 5th\, 2024 at Caledonia Lions Hall.  Doors open at 6:30 pm and we should be done by 8:30 pm. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested please contact Randy Carter at rlcarter653@gmail.com

DESCRIPTION:Doors Open at 6:30 pm \n\n\n\nIn preparation for our Spring Gallery starting in April at Edinburgh Square\, we have decided to have a photo critique night.  This is an opportunity for our members that are not sure on how to submit photos\, or would like some feed back on the photos that they are thinking about submitting.  This also a good format for some of our members who are just starting put and would like some feedback on the photographs that they have taken.  At the meeting we will view each photo and provide you with constructive feedback that will help fine tune your photography skills. I encourage all members to submit some photos.
