The Haldimand Photography Club has arranged to do a photo shoot with two Indigenous people this May.  This is a great chance to practice portrait work well as movement, as there will be some dancing.

Both Stacey (F) and Lyndon (M) will be dressed in colourful regalia representing their culture.

We have booked this event for Monday May 26^th, 2025, 6:30 PM at our usual meeting room at the Caledonia Fair Grounds. We will have lights, and a backdrop setup, so you will need a trigger to activate the lights. Please know your camera.  We will be using Godox lights, so you need to make sure that your trigger can communicate with the light system

We need to know confirmed attendance for this event. If you say you are attending, please be courteous enough to follow through. If the numbers justify it, we will move to a bigger room, but that involves a higher rental fee, so we need a accurate member count.  Please note that we have set the number to 20, however, if we use our normal meeting room we can only accommodate a max of 12.  If we get more we will switch to a bigger room and that would allow us to have two setups so that we can split the group and allow everyone attending the shoot to have ample time to take photographs.  We will also rotate the groups so that you will get ample amount of time with each model.  Near the end of the shoot we will look at combining the models and rotate each photographer through so that you can take a group photo.  Current cost is set at $15.00, which covers room and liability insurance costs.  If we have to switch to the bigger room cost will increase to $20.00.
